JHW Steel copper composite self-lubricating version
High strength copper alloy is sintered or cast on the surface of high-quality carbon steel plate as the substrate, and dispersed sintered or embedded with solid lubricant on its working surface according to the operating conditions. This manufacturing process achieves complete metallurgical bonding between copper and steel, which has stronger wear resistance and lubricity compared to traditional integral copper alloy products, lower cost, stronger stability of the bottom steel matrix, and longer overall service life. While reducing material costs, it also improves its load-bearing capacity.

  • Material introduction
    1.Combining the wear resistance of copper alloys with the high mechanical strength of steel;;
    2.Different copper alloy materials, including low friction lead copper alloys, can be cast according to the requirements of the working conditions;
    3.Due to the different friction coefficients of the inner and outer materials, it can prevent the bearing from shifting and running around the outer circle under high load and low-speed conditions;
    4.Solid lubricants can be covered or embedded on the working surface as needed to achieve self lubrication;
    5.Compared to pure copper sleeves, it has a cost advantage and saves resources;
    6.Post processing can be carried out, such as heat treatment of steel substrate, alloy layer machining, etc;
    7.Copper alloy casting can be carried out in one or more layers on different or complex surfaces according to design requirements;
    8.Similar to traditional copper sleeves in terms of usage characteristics, it can be suitable for working conditions under different temperatures and lubrication conditions;
    9.Compared to pure copper sleeves, it has better mechanical load-bearing performance, especially in terms of impact strength.
