High strength copper alloy is sintered or cast on the surface of high-quality carbon steel plate as the substrate, and dispersed sintered or embedded with solid lubricant on its working surface according to the operating conditions. This manufacturing process achieves complete metallurgical bonding between copper and steel, which has stronger wear resistance and lubricity compared to traditional integral copper alloy products, lower cost, stronger stability of the bottom steel matrix, and longer overall service life. While reducing material costs, it also improves its load-bearing capacity.
