Recently, Junhe Bearing R&D Center has completed the full process trial production and bench durability testing of new high-speed precision bearings for new energy motors and reducers. The products have been successfully finalized and entered the mass production stage. The new product is led by the company's chief technical engineer, and the R&D team spent 8 months to optimize the channel grinding process and improve the special heat treatment scheme. The bearing's maximum speed, high temperature resistance, and wear resistance life are benchmarked against imported products of the same specifications, with an accuracy of P4 level. It can adapt to the supporting needs of new energy commercial vehicles and industrial permanent magnet motors, effectively breaking the long-term dependence on external purchases in this category. Relying on a complete set of precision testing equipment in our own laboratory, all physical, chemical, and fatigue test data meet the standards. We have received sample orders from multiple new energy equipment companies, helping the company to deepen its exploration of new energy transmission supporting new tracks.
