In order to promote the transformation of digital intelligent manufacturing, the precision workshop renovation project of Junhe Bearing has been fully completed this year. More than 20 intelligent equipment such as CNC grinders, fully automatic heat treatment lines, and three coordinate precision detectors have been added, and a workshop production data control system has been established to achieve data traceability of the entire process of grinding, assembly, and quality inspection. After the transformation, the per capita production capacity of a single production line has increased by 32%, and the product size error has been controlled within 0.002mm. The first pass rate of products has steadily increased, shifting from traditional manual manufacturing to lean digital production, further consolidating the mass production capacity of high-end precision bearings and laying a solid hardware foundation for stable delivery in large quantities.
