Lead-Free Modified SF-1 Bearings Mass-Produced for New Energy

The new generation of lead-free and environmentally friendly SF-1 three-layer composite oil-free bearings in the industry has completed formula finalization and mass production. The product has undergone material iteration to address the pain points of traditional composite bearings containing lead additives. The entire series has passed the EU RoHS environmental protection testing and become the main new product supporting new energy motors and lightweight construction machinery.



This product adopts the classic three-layer composite structure: cold-rolled steel plate as the load-bearing matrix, sintered bronze powder in the middle to form a porous oil storage skeleton, and a nano modified PTFE polymer lubricating layer on the surface; The R&D team uses carbon fiber and molybdenum disulfide composite fillers instead of traditional lead based additives in the lubrication layer. On the basis of maintaining a low friction coefficient of 0.03~0.08, the wear resistance life is increased by 35% compared to the old model, and the upper limit of high temperature resistance is increased from 120 ℃ to 160 ℃.



The new product is divided into two specifications: stainless steel substrate and carbon steel substrate. The stainless steel version is mainly used for water immersion and mild corrosion conditions, while the carbon steel electroplated version is suitable for new energy vehicle chassis hinges and reduction mechanisms. Mass production test data shows that the dry running durability of bearings has exceeded 12000 hours, and their maintenance free characteristics are perfectly adapted to the closed and inconvenient lubricating oil filling environment of new energy equipment. Currently, full specifications of bushings, bushings, and flange products have been fully introduced to the market.
