Soft strip material is based on bronze wire mesh and is made by surface rolling PTFE and other related reinforced friction reducing materials after sintering. This material structure makes the product lighter in weight and easier to install. This product has a low coefficient of friction and good wear resistance. Due to its excellent flexibility, it can be processed into an isolation film between steel and steel metal, achieving an ideal state of no gaps, no noise, no oil lubrication, no maintenance, and no pollution.

Scope of application

Automotive door and window hinges, textile machinery, joint bearings, chemical industry, food industry, valve control mechanisms, office machinery, instruments and meters, and other applications that require self lubrication under light load and low speed.
